So my Girlfriend :iconashij: wanted to create her personal art website but she doesn't know how to go about it and nor would i as it's been a fair while since i created something website'ish XDD

So my friends, can you help her out? give her some tips, hints and guides on who's best to host her site with and what to do to maintain her site?
